Stalla’s Commitment to You: Tuition Waiver Guarantee (TWG)
Because we believe so strongly our approach helps prepare candidates to pass the CFA® exam, we offer an unprecedented Tuition Waiver Guarantee to all Stalla students enrolled in our System and Enhanced System courses.
This means that if you complete all of the requirements (see below) but do not pass the exam, we’ll welcome you back to repeat your course tuition-free. That includes all your lectures, course materials, and unlimited academic support except for Study Guides, which you will need to purchase if the CFA Program curriculum has changed.
Our Tuition Waiver Guarantee is available to all Stalla students who:

Correctly answer at least 90 percent of all the PassMaster™ software multiple-choice questions. (Although, you are not limited in the number of attempts to reach this level, all questions must be attempted using the PassMaster software.)

Attend or view all the Stalla course lectures.
Redeeming your Tuition Waiver Guarantee
To receive your Tuition Waiver Guarantee certificate, please make sure you have met the above requirements, then follow all of these steps below as they apply to you:

From your PassMaster™ software, print out the "Tuition Waiver Guarantee Report," which summarizes the completion status of all lectures. (The "Performance Summary" section of the PassMaster manual explains how to print this report.)

Classroom students: write your name and classroom location (i.e. Boston, MA) clearly on the bottom of the PassMaster "Performance Summary" sheet and include the e-mail address to which your Tuition Waiver Guarantee certificate should be sent. Then complete the remaining steps.

Online or self-study CD students: follow the same procedures for classroom students, but substitute the type of course you took (online or CD) for classroom location. Then complete the remaining steps.

Remove your attendance records from your Study Guides.

If you have "viewed" classes online you must also print a report from your online Grade Book. To print this report, click on the "Grade Book" link from the "My Tools" area of your Internet portal. In the Grade Book window, click the Print button, or follow the instructions on the screen.

Collect the information described above that applies to you, and fax all to Tuition Waiver at (866) 398-7375 no later than 15 days following your exam. For CD students, please fax within eight months following the date your product was shipped.
Certificates will be sent to you upon confirmation that all Tuition Waiver Guarantee requirements have been met. Certificates expire 365 days following your completion of the applicable level (or for CD students, from the issue date). Please note that the Tuition Waiver Guarantee can only be applied to the original course level purchased (e.g., candidates must be repeating the same course level to qualify), and no discounts apply to candidates who are advancing to the next level of study.
50 Percent Tuition Discount for Repeating Stalla Candidates
Stalla classroom students who want to repeat the course but do not meet the requirements for the Tuition Waiver Guarantee are eligible to receive a 50 percent discount off the total tuition of the repeated course, including Study Guides. Candidates must be repeating the same course and level. They may, however, choose to apply the 50 percent discount to a different course format. For example, a student who took a live classroom course may choose to repeat using the self-study CD or online courses. Please note that this offer applies only to the Stalla System and Enhanced System courses.
